This antique trumeau was realized in the 19th century, it is composed of a mirror in the lower part framed by a pearl edging and top of a floral basket. The upper part of the trumeau is adorned with an oil on canvas, also framed with a pearl border, presenting a scene of a genre where are represented, among others, washerwomen rinsing clothes in a river. The frames are gilded with "bronzine".
