This antique Louis XIV mantel was made in the 19th century in red Griotte marble. The fireplace is surmounted by a fluted acroterion adorned at the corners with acanthus leaves. A Bolection, characteristic of the style, decorates the jambs and the frieze.
This fireplace is sold with its original cast iron insert and with its marble floor, which is broken but will be restored in our workshop.
