This exceptional antique Louis XV style fireplace was made out of a superb Statuary Carrara marble, pure white, circa 1880.
The stunning carved decoration spreading over the entire surface of the fireplace is the work of a sculptor of great talent who was part of the circle or studio of Jules Cantini, famous sculptor from Marseille (South of France).
This fireplace is sold with its original cast iron insert but without any marble floor. This one could be made to order.
