This antique Napoleon III style fireplace with lions paws was made out of a beautiful Black from Belgium marble in the second half of the 19th century. Jambs with strong windings are dug with grooves. The upper part is carved with stylized leaves. The legs are based on lions paws with claws carved in detail.
This fireplace is sold without any fireplace insert nor marble floor but these one could be made to order.
