This important antique Louis XVI style mantel was realized in Carrara marble in the second half of the 19th century. The jambs with flutes are curved and support the entablature adorned on its center with two laurel branches tied with a ribbon and on the extremities with square rosette, typical of the Louis XVI style.
This fireplace comes with an antique cast iron insert adapted to this fireplace and with its original three squares marble floor.
