This antique Louis XVI style fireplace was made out of white Carrara marble during the 19th century. The entablature is carved with a fine row of pearls which frame a medallion with foliage. The jambs are fluted, filleted and carved with asparagus heads.
This fireplace is sold with a cast iron insert but without any marble floor. This one could be made to order.
