This antique Louis XIV style fireplace was made during the 19th century out of a beautiful Rouge du Languedoc marble with veins of white and grey. This fireplace is enhanced by a large moudling known as the "Boudin" moulding which runs all along the opening of the hearth. A fluted acroterion crowns this fireplace. The beautiful cast iron insert is decorated with a fine lion's head.
This fireplace is sold with its original cast iron insert and with its original three square metres marble floor.
