Beautiful cast iron fireback form 1727 representing a marquis crown supported by two unicorns flanking a shield framed by curves and bearing unidentified arms: above left, a lion and three stars and right, a tree. On either sides are two escutcheons with what seems to read as an H and an O, dated 1729 above. The composition of the fireback is carved in a strong relief.
